ALL TABLE RESERVATIONS ON WEEKENDS ARE FULL.
Reservation requests need to be submitted at least one week prior to the event you would like to host.
All reservations should be considered "Requests" until the event planner has contacted you (within 2 business days of your request).
Unfortunately, not all requests will be granted and reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PENDING REQUEST EMAIL CONFIRMATION: That means that the pending request was not submitted in our system, and we will have no record of it. Please make sure you get an email confirmation of the request to the membership account email address.
Two Options:
A. Table Reservation Request-
Reserve a Table(s) for you and up to 35 total people $15 reservation fee per table + $5 per guest - 3 hour maximum. For 25 people or more, there is a $25 extra staff charge. Tables are reserved 30 minutes prior to the reservation request.
Starting @ $15/table for 3 hours (Max 35 people)
- Guests of the club (swimming or not are $5)
- If there will be 25 or more total people attending your event, there will be an additional staff fee of $25
B. Basic Party Request-- FULL FOR REMAINDER of 2024
Base Fee of $125 +$5 per party attendee for 3 hours (Max 25 swimmers and 50 people at the event)
This 3 hour Party Includes:
Guest Fees waived for all swimmers (The guest fee applies only to non-swimming guests over age 3)
Party Attendant- (available 30 minutes prior and 15 min after your event)- to assist with set up, tear down, and any needs you have during your event. Attendant will also help serve your food.
Pizza and Soft Drinks for Swimmers- (we order and serve) Aprox 2 slices per swimmer will be ordered)
Paper plates, napkins, cups and utencils
We will help with set up 30 minutes before the table time and help clean up after. All you will have to do is bring the cake! (We will have fridge space.) We will contact you after the date has been confirmed to go over all of the details to help make your event fantastic. (Add ons are available on the registration page).
For non-swimming guests of the club enjoying the party, don't forget about the guest fee for access to the club.

You can expect a response within 2 business days regarding your request for an event/reservation. We are checking for availability (and options for you, IF the dates or times are currently unavailable.
Some items are prohibited and include:
- Pool Inflatables/noodles/water soakers/kickboards
- Outside inflatables i.e. Bounce Houses or Obstacle courses
- Mermaids/characters swimming in the pool
- Outside catering stations
Please remember we are a member owned club and we have to be considerate to our other members.
