Registration for the 2024 CSC Youth Tennis Team Program
Must register before May 24th to receive uniform shirt! If registrant's shirt from last year fits, no uniform shirt is needed.
Pre-Season: May 13th - June 7th (included in fee)
Regular Season: June 10th - July 24th
B-Finals: July 29th
A-Finals: July 30th (Singles), July 31st (Doubles)
