Join us for a night of tasting! First, we will learn the art of charcuterie with The Grazing Hour. The Grazing Hour is a local business that specializes in bringing charcuterie dreams to life! They offer classes and orders for all different size boards from individual to large events, and was founded from a true labor of love for cheese and charcuterie. What was once a one woman owned business is now a family owned business.
The Grazing Hour will teach the in's and out's of charcuterie as they build a board from scratch. Samplings will be provided throughout. They will be there to answer any questions you may have during their demonstration. The demonstration will take 45 minutes to one hour and is $30 per person. The Grazing Hour will leave the created tray for us to enjoy during our wine tasting to follow.
For the wine tasting, we are asking each participant to bring one of their favorite bottles of wine to share. We will provide tasting cups and hope that you will be able to find some new favorite wines to add to your rotation. Participants for this portion must be 21+.
